Japanese fitness-minded gadget: a gyroscope in a plastic case, which, once you've pulled a cord to get it going, you can spin forever by rotating your hand. No batteries and no motor needed - it uses gyroscopic force to strengthen muscles. You hold it in your hand, get the inner wheel going like a yo-yo and then make various arm movements. It sounds weird, but it provides 16kg of centrifugal force upon your wrist, arm and shoulder.
This Power Ball has a speedometer which enables you to keep track of your progress and see exactly how much work you're putting in by recording your current speed and highest RPM. Using this Power Ball, people can have a lot of fun of both competition and entertainment.
The speedometer uses two batteries that are included. If the user uses the ball one hour a day and remembers to turn off the switch, it can work for more than 3 years.
